- The Demon Deacons were defeated by the #5 Rebels, 40-6. Quarterback Hank Bachmeier completed 22 of 39 passes for 239 yards. Wide Receiver Taylor Morin caught five passes for 77 yards. For Ole Miss, running back Henry Parrish Jr. ran the ball 23 times for 148 yards and two touchdowns. Quarterback Jaxson Dart threw for 377 yards and two touchdowns while completing 26-34 passes.
I’ve been an ole Miss fan for a long time. I love their winning. But all the men down made you’ll look bad. To be big boys they get hurt easy
Ummm I don’t know who “you’ll” is. The officiating was as crooked as I’ve ever seen. Wake tackled a receiver and nothing called. They called endless flags against Ole Miss. This was outright cheating. ACC officials were pathetic and obvious. Not to mention the CW crew under contract repeated the BS about NIL. Wake’s quarterback is a paid transfer. Not to mention many others. The coach for Wake is an excuse making pusscakes. And they ran like hell against coming to Oxford next year during the game. How crooked and cowardly can a program be? No respect for them at all.

@@ZakBurrell Sure whatever. Lane talked about changing the rules but asshats like the Wake coach who had the officials call the game one way didn’t want to hear it. Notice he didn’t say anything about the pass interferences from Wake and the holdings that were endless. Just the endless calls against Ole Miss which was proven BS by replay. Crooked pusscakes. Pathetic.

Wake Forrest should have put in their back up quarterback at halftime, and offense play calling, horrible !!
A good win for the Rebels, but they were sloppy. Gotta tighten things up. With a clean game Ole Miss could have scored 75. Hotty Toddy!
