I think Pedri is the only case of overplaying. Ansu got injured in an unfortunate play vs Betis where his ACL got done similar to Bernal.

Not true, Xavi was one of the most direct managers barca ever had. The difference is flick I'd more central, cavi used the width
Xavi and flick are more alike than different. Flick is much more dynamic, intense and better man manager
And massive difference is the way the players rotate constantly and the attacks are finally less predictable we don’t look out of ideas where as under Xavi I would watch us sometimes not being able to create anything just had pointless possession

Now about Barca season so far, though I'm enjoying this moment because we don't have a lot to be excited about. But I would still say it too early, you know?. I still want to see the team go against more challenging teams, teams that demands more out of them and see how they responds.

The most important thing everyone should realize now is that the manager matters and that Barça posses the players to win. The talent was always there but Xavi, Koeman post Messi didn’t know how to utilize it but Flick certainly does. There is a seriousness in their defensive aggression that hasn’t existed since Pep.

It was down to Flick as to why we didn't attempt to sign a DM in the summer, Casado and Bernal were impressing him in training and during the preseason they were standouts, so Flick communicated to the board that the DM was covered and the players available were at a good level for his midfield which was completely true looking at the 4 La Liga games. Right now Barca's midfield options when everyone is fit is very abundant we have like 10 midfielders who can all start for us so it's very competitive that's partially why I think Gundogan left along with him wanting to help us financially. 4 (or 5 if u count Eric Garcia) midfielders joined Barca's first team this summer 2 coming back from Girona who showed a good level there, 2 promoted who showed a good level since preseason, and Dani Olmo who is a top quality player at the moment came in and Gundogan and Romeu went out, to me that is good decision making and great squad building by Flick, lowering the age, increasing the fitness and energy in the team, while maintaining a high quality and having many options at his disposal for a long season.

Olmo is underrated imho; he was the best player of the Euros this year. He came as a substitute for the injured Pedri, 3 goals (top scorer of the tournament) 2 assists, a clutch 119-minute assist on Mikel Merino against Germany, a clutch last-minute save with his head against England. Hightest rated player of the tournament for Spain and he's been making a real difference with Barca too so far, I don't know how he hasn't made that big marketable name for himself yet but he's a baller, so far he's everything I hoped Coutinho would be back then

Barcelona compete on all competitions this season as long as Yamal is healthy. A fully healthy Barcelona team without Yamal is miles worse than a half injured Barcelona team with Yamal.

The biggest thing with this season regarding barca is consistency. That includes injuries cuz if we can keep up this level an keep injuries to as much of a minimum as possible we could really achieve things this season.

But if there were more guys like you from both fan base I guess we might slowly attain that healthy environment where one fanbase is not trying to hurt the other verbally.

As a Barca fan I agree with basically everything you said. I'd also like to add that for the signing of Olmo, and the lack of signings in the pivot roles, and with the shitty transfers that Barca had conducted in the past 6-7 years, I also had my doubts about Barca's management during this last transfer window. I see now that they knew what they were doing, and I'm willing to bet that they could have signed Nico Williams, but they probably had to choose between Olmo and Williams (due to FFP), and opted for the former. As for the pivots, yes it seems that they have full trust in the academy players and I'm here for it. Bernal's injury was very unfortunate but it is what it is. Gavi is coming back soon. We have Casado who is continiously improving. All in all I feel like Barca is finally finding their identity.
So far this season, very convincing performances, and is a good indicator as to where Barca is headed. Personally, I'd consider it a successful season even if they don't win any trophies, AS LONG AS they keep up the performances and show us that they are willing to compete and win. I'd much rather see us play the beautiful game and not win any trophies, rather than winning La Liga (let's say) and crashing out of the UCL through another embarassing loss, or even worse, getting knocked out of the Europa League. I don't know about the rest of the Barca fans, but I am tired of watching my team lose their cool, make stupid decisions, and pretend that they forgot how to play football. Lose games, I don't care, but for the love of God please just keep perservering, aim for consistency, the trophies will come.

Barca won the league before him. Gundogan for the GREAT player he is, completely slowed down the mid fielder. And the younger lot, Olmo, Pedri, etc.. are very direct and aggressive.

While yamal is generational, is playing style is nothing new to the game, there have many wingers throughout history to have gone on to legendary heights.
His potential and guler's potential is a totally different subject.
Regarding guler from what we've seen, his play style isn't that of a winger but more of a playmaker role, add to that he seems to be very versatile which is a huge plus,.
