I'm pretty sure she's said she's from 'Dragon Georgia', or at least, that's where American viewers surmise she's from due to her accent. When she debuted, her character was that of the 'bad at Japanese foreigner' and had an intentionally skewed pronunciation of Japanese, but this wasn't received too amazingly well and she ended up dropping it pretty early on.

In the start she was doing it 5 days at week, then she reduced to 3 times at week (now is suspended because she's training herself as singer/dancer for the hololive live concert). BUT Asacoco is a series of imaginary funny products that will "fill your brain with punny jokes" (aka, like a drug) too, that Coco sells during it, so "being high on asacoco" is a thing. And yeah, Coco is hightly rec, she's the less idol-like of hololive, but one of the most funny and creative of them.

yes coco is from georgia and kaichou means chairman, they call her chairman since shes a yakuza dragon, she takes good care of alot of the girls and helps them behind the scenes when they need it, and before the EN girls she was also their most fluent english representative, all of this is why SHE is the one who pitched the idea to start hololive english in the first place, and why they made her the one to scout the EN girls, and she did a damn good job finding the english girls.
