Great video and tips! One thing I would add to make your defense really strong is to read your opp blockstrings. Most people come in the match with at most 3 blockstrings they commonly use in a fight. Get your reading on and have fun is key to a great defense.
I always see pro players doing a "recording" with the enemy team and switching teams on training, i wanted to record and switch too! how can i do it??? (sry if this is a "noob" question, i search it and didnt saw a "tutorial" or something like that...)
if you're on controller click the left stick to switch teams, then again to start recording, then again when youre done to end the recording and the right stick should play it back for you
idk if you watch the tournaments we host or any of our highlight videos of them but this videl player Lucar wins almost every week so he is great to watch
I just rage quit due to players using the defense of "I just walk backwards until the player comes me then I combo them" play the game and not an idle game.
Command grab those players. Someone like gogeta or goku black with long range command grabs wrecks those players. Once your rank goes up no one will play like that anymore. It’ll be more about movement and winning neutral. Not forcing you to come to them.
Not a great video.. you left point 1-3 Vague ... you made an entire point about the misuse of reflect for example...i dont know when to usr reflect proper...and you certainly did not inform me on how to use it at all. 2, as new players, we are barely learning how to utilize our own team, yet your tip for improving defense is to learn 44 other characters block string routes...we cant use refect properly, and we mash to get our turn back, we aint even blocking but yeah, learn 44 characters 1-3 optimal block strings...ok
Don’t forget that your character has to stand up to reflect; low attacks in a block string will hit you
thats another great tip
