At least that is an easy thing, as it is very easy to get money. I bought everything the merchant sells and even those seeds you need for the oil. Seeds are just sold at a package of 50 max, but within a few days you can easily get 200-250 wheat seeds.
wheat seeds are the money maker! 100 wheat seeds are about 5000 and they grow within only two days. So he could easily get the money for all parts in a short time. Just buying wheat seeds, then use the rest of the money for other things. Grow them and start all over again.
But Lola hasn't wheat seeds every day, so it might be the waiting thing, but when you have 200+...
