Congress party and Rahul gang used farmers protest for destruction and scared non congress party voters and neutral voters. Same thing they did in Punjab and lost it. All they do is emotional and negative campaigns whether they are in power(Punjab) or opposition(haryana), both states they lost it. They are doing same in Maharashtra(as opposition) and in Karnataka(in power). My guess is definitely they are going to loose these two states also.
