i as well have heard of these stories. I've personally been to Goatman's bridge up in Denton since its not far from me. It was a warm summer night and when i actually got the bridge the air around it had an immediate temperature difference. My instincts told me get back in the car and drive away quickly. I will never forget the goosebumps that hit my body all around and even the hair on my head stood up right. If you go there after nightfall you're suppose to knock on the bridge's steel beams 3 times. If you hear a knock after yours you are welcome to come on the bridge, if you don't then leave.
I live in Texas. If you want to visit, come on. But you're gonna have to speak Texan. Abilene is pronounced abba lean, and pecan is pa con. We have our own language down here. great.
BORN AND RAISED IN TEXAS!!! I LOVE THIS VIDEO!! ALL OF YOU'RE VIDEOS... DO LOUISIANA URBAN LEGENDS AND TENNESSEE OMG I LUV THE SPOOKY VIBES GOOD WORK KEEP IT UP I LOVE U GODS BLESS U!!!!
Goat man’s bridge is located in Bridgeport, Texas. I went to a church camp there and goat man was the only thing everyone was talking about. The most popular story was that a man had a goat that he cared for highly, and his son got jealous and killed the goat and his father. The man was reincarnated as goat man and killed his son, as well as others looking for his famous goat.
Hun, there a SEVERAL Goat Man's Bridges in Texas. I've personally been to Old Alton and seen an orange orb on the other side of the bridge during a DAYLIGHT visit. My mum used to visit the bridge all the time when she was younger with some friends of hers and they had several instances where they saw the Goat Man, themselves. One time they saw him hanging from the middle from the bridge while all of them were at one end of Old Alton. Yes, they were all sober. I talked to a few friends that were there with my mum after she told me the story, and they verified it themselves with their own accounts. And these were God-fearing people, too, that didn't lie to the next gen.
The most famous that you didn't even mention is the haunted railroad track in San Antonio where a train hit a school bus and killed the kids... it is said that if you sit on the tracks on a foggy night, you can see small handprints on your car and your car will move on it's own off the tracks...
In the beginning of the video when she says why she wants to go to Texas she forgot to say unpredictable weather and blistering Heat comment if you're from Texas and you know what I'm talking about
YOU HAVE TO DO LOUISIANA. I’m from Louisiana and we do have some very creepy urban legends-some would include witches, black magic/Voodoo, haunted plantations, scary swamps, and much more!!!
I haven't hear any of these except the white woman of the lake from Waxahachie. What about the The Ashton hotel in Fort worth? What about coyote Man that's been spotted in the country side just after sundown? Or the demon cows? Where are they getting these legends?
Yay I’m going to Houston for my birthday!!! However you missed the zombie soldiers of Brownsville. Of the haunting of the Menger hotel and Gunter hotel. You should do San Antonio. We have a ton
I don't live in San Antonio but I've heard of many, many ghost stories originating from San Antonio. Many of them are connected to The Alamo, as probably expected. Ranges from stuff like "if you press your ear against the walls of The Alamo, you can hear gunshots and screams" to "on some nights, particularly March 6th, when all is quiet, the faded music of Davy Crockett's fiddle can be heard". It's interesting to me, personally.
I live in San Antonio and I think the Alamo has ghost in it bc I visited the Alamo during the summer (which in Texas was REALLY REALLY hot) and inside was kinda cold 😬

I bet you fell for the snipe hunting gag too. and why this list didn't include the Whiterock lady of the lake, the hill in san antonio where kids push you off train tracks if you stop on them and kill your car or something like that, or worst yet, the one that's actually true, the demolition site at the bottom of Lake Ray Hubbard. while demolishing the land to shape the lake bed, the dam holding the water back to inevitably fill the lake upon completion broke and flooded it prematurely burying the contruction site and all equipment. cranes and all can still be found at the bottom, but thats not the scary part. The scary part is because the lake was unfinished it was not shapped correctly, when it flooded it created a never ending undercurrent of water that if you get caught in while swimming or whatever, you will likely never resurface. Yup heard of children with dark eyes, Donkey lady, hell's gate, the dancing devil, goatman.. but I've also heard of the La Llorona... The Wailing lady. Apparently she killed her kids by drowning them, and you can hear her crying for her children "aye mi Ninos."
Dominick Price bro, my Grandmother was born in 1958, Housten Texas, and also lived in NY then moved to West Virginia, she has apparently witnessed the "Batman" from number ten
I've heard of several of these and I've never even lived near Texas. Black-eyed children have been spotted in many parts of the US and there are even Native American legends about them. The Goatman is so well known that Ghost Adventures visited the site and did an episode there. The bat man I've heard of because I'm near Mothman territory, and some people think they are the same being.
You forgot the Chupacabra (Chew-pa-ka-bra), La Llerona (ye-row-na), the Ghost tracks in San Antonio, the Ghosts of the Alamo, and the Jefferson Davis Hospital (it was built on top of a cemetery).
I live in St. Louis, Missouri, and the only Urban legend I know is of the "Zombie Road". And number 8 of this list: "His father would hear about this!" That sounds like what Draco Malfoy says when he is trying to get someone in big trouble.
born and raised in San Antonio and they told the story of Donkey Lady once at 1 of my girl scout' s camp outs when I was a child..scared me so much..I couldn't sleep all night at that camp out
I have a legend about San Antonio so basically a bus was going over train tracks and a train hit them (i have tried this) if you go to the train tracks put baby powder on your windows and put your car in neutral children hand prints will be on you car. The hand prints are the kids trying to push you off the track to save you
I live in Tennessee we have a legend called the black bible or something like that anyway the legend goes there is an old church that if you go inside and steal the bible off of the podium and return home in the morning it will disappear and return to the church from where it was taken.
I live in Texas, I've been here for the most part since 1971. No matter where I go I always come back to Texas.

You will be fine
Yup heard of children with dark eyes, Donkey lady, hell's gate, the dancing devil, goatman.. but I've also heard of the La Llorona... The Wailing lady. Apparently she killed her kids by drowning them, and you can hear her crying for her children "aye mi Ninos."
I just moved from Texas to new York I'm also from Houston and never heard of that urban legend
Dominick Price neither have I. Granted I live in a city near Houston. But I still should’ve heard about that at some point.
Dominick Price bro, my Grandmother was born in 1958, Housten Texas, and also lived in NY then moved to West Virginia, she has apparently witnessed the "Batman" from number ten
Im from Houston to
Dominick Price true and I live here
I'm from galveston and I have heard all these
Prince dude kinda: MY FATHER WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS
Me in my head: Damn, is this what you grew into, Malfoy?
I LOVE THESE URBAN LEGENDS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
kizune kazukarune same
They need to do Ohio, lol
Smol Broken BTS stan they just did an Ohio one :D
The donkey lady is no joke! Even the bridge it's self gives off scary vibes
That’s why cars aren’t allowed to go on the bridge
@@invasion7961 we've drove on it in the past
I live in Houston,Texas it’s really awesome
Same except I live in austin

Conroe
Thank you rebecca for saying texas is a cultured state!💞💞🙌🙌yes i heard these urban legends and theres alot more to it 😁
I live in Texas and it is the best state to live in especially knowing that there are creepy things around where I live.
I've lived in Texas for over 6 years and I haven't heard of any of these. XD
Spirit The Ice Wolf the black eyed children is more of a new Mexico legend however I grew up hearing it near brownfield TXI never heard of the rest.
Spirit The Ice Wolf me too
Spirit The Ice Wolf I was born here and I haven't heard any of those but I've heard one one but its not there
Same.. SHEET
Hey, you guys should do the top 10 urban legends from all around the world. *who else agrees?*

Robbi Gaming that would be cool
Agree dear sir
Not A-bi-line!
It is A-bi-lean!!!!! Lol
I live there it is so boring
Shes british, of course she doesnt know how to say it
I live in Dallas
My dad's from there!
Toaster_ OP she is not British, she's Canadian
You forgot the Chupacabra (Chew-pa-ka-bra), La Llerona (ye-row-na), the Ghost tracks in San Antonio, the Ghosts of the Alamo, and the Jefferson Davis Hospital (it was built on top of a cemetery).
I live in St. Louis, Missouri, and the only Urban legend I know is of the "Zombie Road". And number 8 of this list: "His father would hear about this!" That sounds like what Draco Malfoy says when he is trying to get someone in big trouble.
Nikki Villemaire definitely
born and raised in San Antonio and they told the story of Donkey Lady once at 1 of my girl scout' s camp outs when I was a child..scared me so much..I couldn't sleep all night at that camp out
PipsKay I heard the about the donkey lady while at school
Erik Mayo yeah she could run faster then cars and was after to steal children is what I heard lol
PipsKay yea it is scary, I'm not going to that bridge😅 I was born in San Antonio and raised in Pleasanton Texas so yea.

Do you live in/near Rocky Mount
No i live in durham with my mom and wilmington with my dad
But i went to rocky mount
I have a legend about San Antonio
so basically a bus was going over train tracks and a train hit them (i have tried this) if you go to the train tracks put baby powder on your windows and put your car in neutral children hand prints will be on you car. The hand prints are the kids trying to push you off the track to save you
Wow- as someone who likes investigating these things I really like your addition
@@iamsnowman2126 we actually went to the tracks and I was terrified
Part 2?💞
Melani Rose They could do the ghost tracks in San Antonio.
Tina Wheat Yess they should!!!!!

Music:Ok. Yeah we have that

Culture:Huh. Never thought we'd have that
Ohhhh nevermind
Don't mess with Texas
Uri Galvan yes
Yes but in Malaysia a state in Malaysia is called Melaka
Here's Melaka's motto
Don't mess with Melaka
No lie
I’ll mess with Texas any day.
Alex, remember the Alamo
Kraken King that the Texans lost, didn’t they?
Texas says: Abilene
Britain says:Abiline
That’s traumatizing for a Texan like me
I live in Tennessee we have a legend called the black bible or something like that anyway the legend goes there is an old church that if you go inside and steal the bible off of the podium and return home in the morning it will disappear and return to the church from where it was taken.
Carol Anne Harlow I live in Tennessee too
texas if your Texan y'all should know we where once a slave state and part of mexico
Yall dont know this
All Texans raised here know that bro it’s no secret
OK what's your point Canadian Texas right here
We literally have 2 grades with mandatory Texas history. That's literally part of it. 🙄
I thought Texas was originally an independent country that had such a large debt that it had no choice but to be annexed by the U.S.
