Combat healer/ battle healer there's a few video out there. One thing I'd suggest if you want to put more damage out is spec mire into prec. Since you're in healer gear it'll give you more than enough resto without putting all your sp into resto. I'd probably also recommend running a prec Adaptive augment over resto. You'll gain I believe 5% more prec in content just for having it. Just like my previous suggestion you already gain enough resto from your gear.
@ShatterStory it's really effective. I might have a steam with me doing it. I've healed raids elite and regular with it. My loadout is slightly different then yours but seeing how you have more healer moves you shouldn't have any issues.
I'm trying to find a celestial prec battle healer. Hybrid set up for brawling mastery using demon fang, clarion and not sure about the 3rd yet, just getting started doing this but I'm going to build a monster. If anyone has a starting off point please let me know and I'll build/tweak it from there. Thanks

Appreciate the input I’ll def test this out. I def do want to deal more damage as a healer.
