One of the great Americans and Presidents. His reputation is slowly being repaired.

The crazy political figures today make this man’s misdeeds look like nothing. Plus we should turn to this man’s advice especially now

He knew what would happen to Russia, he had the insight and would had handled it appropriately.

@@jooei2810 exactly. If west would have welcomed Russia, the rise of China may have been countered more effectively and many of the Middle East oil related conflicts may have been avoided. Idk it’s hard to predict as each change would have created a new set of unconceived challenges and I’m just an amateur analyst haha. But he warned of China and USSR (now Russia) teaming up against west and his China trip was to prevent this. I commend his foresight however I wonder if China just used the west to develop infrastructure and and its industrial complex to catch up to western capabilities… and now with Russia being the most disconnected from western economies, this is the best chance to the overtake global economic order. It’s very alarming however I don’t believe it will result in a global military conflict but more an economic war. This could be equally devastating but I believe despite the chaos of the current political climate, that the fall of the west is not as imminent as the media likes to proclaim. Like President Nixon says in his 1983 interview, we must be wary of the “Imperial Media” and social media and internet connectivity certainly has helped. I have faith in the upcoming generation so long as we guide them with the correct role models unlike the recent generations.

Growing up he was just the silly crook with the big jowls, now he's one of the most fascinating presidents to learn about. He's not a saint by any means, but he's much more complex a figure than public perception makes him out to be.

The man was absolutely fascinating and intelligent - it's so obvious with the way he answers the questions! Every single U. S. President, from this day forward, until the end of time, should commit to memory this entire interview!! It's just beyond incredible!

Yes. I agree. And I'm Canadian. I always liked him. Even in the scandal times, bad advisors etc. Not just him. But he accepted responsibility, which a decent president does. His family didn't want him to resign, he felt it was best for country. I think American s appreciate him better now.

One of the best presidents. In a poll of best presidents Nixon was rated very highly, while Eisenhower was placed 22nd. Which he didn't like. He had an overrated, high opinion of himself.

The test of how well Nixon lived his life is how the Press treated him. The MSM is and has always been very liberal. I fact as of The NY Times down right a Communist apologizer. Nixon was an avid anti-communist, as well as JFK. JFK was wishy-washy on Communists too. In 1960's and Ike told Americans that the MIC was actually in charge. JFK found out in Dallas. Nixon was decent man. Loved his family and there was NO rumors of him sleeping with every skirt known at that time. JFK was a loose cannon, and the DS took him out.

This is such a more interesting interview than that Frost interview. The only thing I learned in that one is that Frost loves to hear himself talk....then he interrupts every hour or so to give a commentary 😅

That's a fascinating take on it and I've actually heard that before in my life. It's a shame how quiet they're level of evil and hatred of the rest of humanity is kept, but I guess that's why they try to buy up media outlets and take over a nation's schooling as well, to keep it that quiet 😮
