March 31st, 2023 Ottumwa, IA Tornado (360 ReFrame)

A supercell formed in Missouri and moved into southern Iowa and produced a significant tornado. This video is from a GoPro 360 Camera, reframed to show various levels of zoom, perspectives, etc.
