My car suddenly stopped working. One mechanic checked it and said there are no other issues, it looks like a starter or electricity issue. After that, an electrician checked and said there is no electricity issue, it should be a programming issue.Still waiting for fix it
To make sure that if you’re having an ESL problem, I have few question:
1.) how many key fobs does the car have?
2.) what happen when you try to start the car?
3.) does it have any message on the dashboard ?
4.) is the steering wheel in locked or unlocked position ?
5.) does your key fob buttons can still lock and unlocks the car doors

hello i have a question i have im508 would like to program keys with mb vito but it is not possible can you do it at all with im508 or is it only possible via g-box and im608
It should be able to do it. What year and model ?

@@HBS-92 it should be able to do it with no problem. But im508 with gbox should do it.
I don't even have the MB Vito class in my list. I get the message that this model series 639.605 is not supported and I wonder why there are 2x merdes the normal and merdes LD??

I keep getting the personalization failed after writing the key password....but the ESL emulator works key on and off and starts.
I have never used the Xhorse emulator . I just ordered them and will try them in a few weeks. But if there no problem in operation, I don’t think it should matter .
@@autopurlieu From xtool website says eis should be cleared to do personalization. I don't see that option on im608. Curious to see what you find. But it works 🤷🏾♂️
@@CN-zi7cw I’m reading that too. I have an xtool D8 programmer. Not sure if it will be capable of doing it. But I think I have to buy the kc501 adapter for that

I use xhorse mini emulator,its works fine,but when you do a write esl data, autel says "personalisation failed"
But after its works ok.
Whats emulator do you use,can you get a link?

Mine keeps saying can’t communicate with ecu, i checked everything is plugged in properly
ECU? Are you plugged into the car ?

I’m doing this on bench, ECU isn’t connected on bench
