Assalamualaikum Dr , I am a female going through unexplained infertility for years now .recently I've had a ultrasound scan done and it showed three fibroids in the muscle of the womb They are a size of 33mm 23 mm 17mm can you please tell me if that could be stopping me from getting pregnant also do I need to have a treatment for them ?
