    Guys i found another very easy way to clean these copper connection is to put them in white vinegar or use petrol for 1 minute and clean it with anything its done .. then place it back as it was before

    Thank you!! very useful, was able to disassemble a switch and make it work, i still don't know what was wrong with it, i just bent one of the metal pieces so it made better contact and it worked!

    just want to say thanks for this vid. theres a whole bunch of, imo, useless videos where they are spraying contact cleaner or just replacing the whole switch. you actually get inside and address the problem. although it's still a little confusing to me, it helps me trying to figure out how the contacts work so that i can fix a switch that's ghosting.

    How long then u clean it like how long u used before clean it. Mine like 2-3 months. And some not working or like I press it for 3-4 times to work

    • @yesboss7569
      @yesboss7569  3 роки тому +1

      If u see u have cleaned the dirt and now it has a good shine.. thats mean it will work as long as a new button... Your key doesnt work after 2 or 3 months or sometimes 3-4 times because you didnt adjust correctly .. i showed u dont just fit the key ( u have to adjust it aswell like it shouldn't pressed softly or hardly.. just normally which gives u good click sound )

      Lol its ok... If u felt hard to remove carbon u can use white viniger and just rub it with some needle it will give like like new result... But clean them well before placing back

    • @yesboss7569
      @yesboss7569  3 роки тому

      Bro that keyboard has no replaceable switches.. they are solderd u cant open them like this... Better don't try to remove it cuz it will damage your keyboard..
      If u have petrol or alcohol just put it inside key and see if something fixed.. if not then avoid everything and try to buy other keyboards with removable keys or just normal keyboard

  • @officialhideyo

    My switches are soldered. So can't do this.

    • @yesboss7569
