The streets of Cotonou is not empty, the roads you drive through were mainly the administrative zones, and one thing you should know is, COTONOU respect their traffic rules. If you will retake those road during morning hours between 7:30 and 8am, or evening hours of 6:30 to 7:30, you will start imagining where the crowd is coming from!
Cotonou is not empty though not overcrowded like Lagos.

A plot of land in the centre centre can go for as much as 25million CFA and above and in the suburbs can be as high as 12 million CFA, except you are considering neighbouring towns. Cotonou is way to expensive to own a property especially if you're a foreigner.

It depends on the time and day you took this video, on Sunday most people don’t work. Get your facts right next time . Because the title is just for you to get more views I know but wouldn’t it be better you use good titles and get views in your other videos as well instead of just clout chasing with one video.
