And while the twist is OP, you're pretty tame with it.
i try to keep it somewhat fair or its just not fun to do

The pull and pushing mechanic could've been a twist on its own, idk what it was specifically about it but seeing the hunters suddenly get launched into the aether was particularly cool
gonna be interesting to see the rematch after how this one ended

Manhunt idea: your research the meaning behind your names (in game or real life names you choose) and based on the results you get abilities that aline with the info you found.
Ex. Dev means creator so dev would get creation related abilities.

What about Minecraft manhunt but you’re just always slightly better than your hunters? Like strength one and speed 1 permanently, so it’s still challenging, but still in your favor

Minecraft Manhunt but there’s a troll.
( One random hunter secretly has admin powers and creative mode and causes chaos)
For you next twist you should play with 'lag', where you get a bunch of tools and weapons based around that concept. Like armor that causes the opponent to rebound 4 seconds after hitting you or a staff creates a time distortion bubble that lasts 5 seconds in which everything inside moves normal speed but everything outside slows down like it has a bad connection.
Could be incredibly interesting, particularly if the hunters have access to a lot of these and you can use the items to counter each other. Though, obviously some of recipes for the more broken ones like a sword that basically doubles its damage by echoing its attack a second later would be intentionally somewhat hard to find.
