- Minecraft Manhunt, But XP Unlocks Commands, In this video every time I hit a certain level milestone I would PERMANENTLY unlock a new command, starting off with smaller commands like /locate and ending up with insane things like /give, Will I be able to win or will my hunters manage to stop me?

this is minecraft manhunt vs 4 hunters aka minecraft speedrunner vs hunter aka minecraft manhunt but theres a twist, but it's not modded. I had a custom minecraft plugin that did NOT give me OP enchants or strength, instead i unlocked op commands with xp. This was intense and funny minecraft. this is minecraft manhunt challenge popularized by dream, this is not a minecraft but challenge or a minecraft smp video. this is inspired by creators like bubbo, boosfer, yellowool, kier and dev, dream, and wilbur soot

I have a twist idea. What about you can craft custom buttons such as a diamond button or when buttons are pressed something happens to the hunters. You could also do levers if you want to.

I really admire that when you’re given a super OP twist and the option to easily win, you make it as hard for yourself to keep it entertaining. You could have given yourself more notch apples or ender pearls, and you could have just tped the hunters to the void, but you didn’t, and that’s what I respect about you.

/give also lets you specify enchantments, even far beyond the normal limits (e.g protection 30, or both mending and infinity on a bow). Baablu either resisted doing so or wasn't aware of it, but either way it made this a much more fair and enjoyable video

@@Baablu yea u didnt abuse anything it would be so easy to win with all the comands summoning the blazes and ender man and just doing /locate then using the tp to go ther using /give and /fill too op to get any item in the game

I just realized this could’ve been cheesed so hard. All you would’ve had to do is spawn in a giant chunk of nether quartz ore and you got all levels insanely quick

I loved the old style of manhunts where they're still intense with insane getaways and stuff like that, the hay bale at the beginning kinda reminded me of that, W Video W UA-camr

The craziest thing about this is that despite so many OP commands being used, so many opportunities were missed for absolutely broken command usage. Some examples:
A /fill command can be used to trap the hunters in bedrock for a guaranteed kill. The coordinates would have to be set up beforehand.
/locate, /gamerule, and /tp can be used to instantly teleport to a stronghold. The gamerule command would be used to disable fall damage so he could teleport above the stronghold.
/give @s minecraft:elytra. Nothing more needs to be said.
The /give command can also be used to give enchanted gear at enchantment levels of up to 32767, creating an instant kill sword and bow and invincibility armor which also instantly kills due to thorns enchantment.
you can just use /fill to make a block into an end portal

you can't go past 255 ever since 1.8 (not entirely sure but at least since 1.16)
Could have tp'd yourself thousands of blocks up to get a break from the hunters, then tp'd back down when you were ready

@@googlecat4267 I don't think they changed the dragon's AI. The dragon should target the nearest player
I think fall damage doesn’t reset when teleporting. So when he tp’s back down he will take the thousands of blocks of fall damage. Unless he tp’s a few h]blocks above ground and then clutch it

I would have used /give to give myself like a sharpness 200 dead bush as a secret weapon.

How I would have used /give
A wither skeleton skull that has prot 255 and thorns 255. Wither Skeleton Skull as it can’t break as it’s not actually a helmet.

Mad respect for him not abusing it. He could have gotten all the levels, enchanted books, bunkered in a bedrock box and gotten geared in max enchanted netherite, tons of god apples, arrows, strength pots, so on, but he limited himself to full diamond and a few god apples.

But to make it more runner-friendly (since just letting the hunters do whatever wouldn't truly be the purge), the Runner gets every command unlocked in this video

@baablu the reason fanst had full diamond armor a diamond axe, sword and enchanting table was because of they got 36 diamonds from the diamond blocks you left at the start giving them a huge advantage

A s someone with extensive command knowledge, the /give command alone is enough to win this. The command for giving enchanted gear is pretty simple, and as you probably know, you can give yourself weapons with a sharpness level high enough to kill anything. It wouldn't be a very long video however if nothing stood a chance, so I can understand the reason why one would refrain from doing this.

twist idea: Minecraft manhunt but a different passive mob targets each of us. Ex. one person gets attacked by pig, another by cows, and another by chickens

5:40 he could’ve filled a certain area with chests of a specific nbt data, so he could’ve gotten literally any item he wanted. That would require knowing how the nbt data functions though, and I don’t think anyone has the time to memorize it for a single minecraft video

Why would you use /give for prot books when it can directly give enchanted items (including enchantment levels higher than normally possible)?

Yeah baablu is so nice because if he gave this to a super fan and allowed them to use the tp command to their full potential then they would just tp all the hunters into the end void over and over. Still though he only used tp to teleport them to him but he could have used coordinates. Like teleporting himself to the middle when the dragon is perching or drawing them to a certain location and then teleporting away like 100 blocks. Like that isn’t rly abusing because it’s not too overpowered
I know it can be difficult to come up with balanced challenges but I think this was just a bit to much. I think the best twists are ones that either buff and nerf you, both both you and the hunters, or nerf both you and the hunters. Twists that just buff you generally feel unfair.
It's someone unsatisfying when the hunters win, but it is only satisfying when you win because there is the possibility that you'll lose. An OP twist removes this tension, removing a lot of the enthrallment as well the satisfaction from watching you win. There was some tension near the end because you intentionally didn't use the twist as much as you could but I feal like that's even worse because it makes it feel like you aren't trying (which you kinda aren't at that point).
not to say you arent right, (you are), but ngl some vids are fun to watch just because i know he can't lose. or the reverse where theres like 0% chance of him winning

Honestly /give is one of the more fair commands. /enchant would make literally every part of the game laughably easy, and /effect is pretty much a Must-Win Button.

Not sure if you'd do anything like this again, but with the summon command, you could do /summon minecraft:tnt to instantly explode, or set a custom fuse length by adding on {Fuse:#}

Minecraft manhunt but I can status my hunters? You would have a 20% chance to randomly inflict burn, poison, blindness, freeze, nausea, slow or wither on your hunters every time you hit them.
