    Man that track is flexing big time on the chute. Whoever installed it should've put angle on the tracks to at least help with that. When we build our tracks and we cut the horizontal angle to fit we always use the extra on the vertical for that extra reinforcement

    This is what I do. I'll just make a sharpie mark on the vert and when the bottom bracket reaches or passes I know it's fully open.

    You could mark the vertical rail with a marker. Caution tape between the Parking bollards.

    I personally hate just jackshafts. Should always be a hoist model unless its a small door where if manual has to be used its easier to be pushed up by hand or like a center mount where its ran to an external hoist then it has to be a jackshaft. Also with liftmaster i always like at least 3/4hp because it has a brake. Yea you can get the 1/2 with a brake but its an upgrade. Even genie a 1/2 has a brake always. Like that door nobody gettin that door all the way open without a hoist. Unless they use a forklift lol
