- I had a really good day today visiting with “Uncle Bob” and we worked on Vicki’s C10 some more today! Plus I drop some hints about merchandise.

Ohh good sir. The “old man’s garage” stuff is gonna sell. You know I’ll tell you I’ve watched Billy a long time, but I feel I have gotten to know you. I envy you and what you have done as a father for your children and others. The opportunities you have provided them, they are grand sir. Anyway. I don’t buy merch and stuff. However, I may buy some of yours to hang and use in my garage because of what it’ll now say on it(because I’m getting to be a not young feller myself), and because it will remind me of the goals that you sir have help me set for providing vast and grand opportunities to my children. @Ed Johnson hey dude everyone goes through hard times. But if you don’t like what some one else does good for some one than keep it to yourself. Apparently you never hit rock bottom in your life. I think the channel is great and I think them helping a family is great also so be respectful and keep it to yourself.

I just retired this year and ssi is a very limited income at best. But I'd be happy to help Kenny and Harley with whatever I can. He seems like a good, honest, and hardworking young man. I understand the handyman/Jack-of-all-tradesman mentality, that's me. If it breaks, I fix it. If it needs built, I build it. And I've been my own mechanic for 47 years. On the east coast at that time and the weather could get very cold. As I was small enough, my favorite spot to be to keep warm was in the cubby above the motor..lol Thanks for the reminder of a fond memory.
I honestly think that your channel and Billy's channel will both thrive on their own. Each channel has their own unique content. I do think it was a good move to rebrand your channel.
I was surprised to see him do so, but he's right for it, we aren't into gangster racing but love racing and love old Chevrolets, the simpler the vehicle the more I love it, stay strong

I see whats going on behind the scenes and you are correct old man. When one of your sons grows up hes going to hug you and say you were right, rest assured.
Thankfully nobody got hurt down south. Seems like something or someone was bringing negativity along with bad luck.The main race was cancelled, the first night of street racing the cop's were at every spot. The next day the race Tommy was in the other driver lost control, then the falcons trans brake broke causing Tommy to leave way early. Had that not happened Tommy would have won the event. He grudge raced the winner gapping him by 2 car's. Kenny Powers , one of a kind... Good content Bill,.
Kenny is like a adopted family
Kenny and Harley are wonderful people, the world needs more like them. Through my life I've helped many people alot, and i did it cause i enjoyed every bit of it, and not expecting anything in return. When life took a turn for the worse for me, and i really needed some help, or just someone to talk to, i didn't get it. I didn't get mad about it, or have any resentment toward anyone, i was disappointed a little, but it was, what it was. I got passed those times, and it's been getting better everyday. I guess what I'm trying to say is, cherish those who help, and are there for you. Give them a pat on the back, and just a simple thank you, means alot, when you don't ever hear it. Take care Bill and Vicki, y'all are wonderful people, the world needs more of you.

I think your merchandise will do really good we’re both old timers grew up with tin foil on the TV antenna and a couple channels some of this technology is new to us . People can relate to you and your family like you often mention old time values, the importance of family helping others in need when you can date night every week with wife even if Miss Vickie rushes you out the door for her pot roast. I understand your apprehension about merch jump in I think you’ll be surprised how well it does and if it takes off do something good with some of it help Kenny and family a church member that may be struggling etc… Bill & Miss Vickie keep doing what you do total inspiration to many being together since teens there’s not much of that anymore inspirational to say the least.

When I was in my early 20's I was check to check and we just had the twins. I was a mill worker and a ole man I work with had a farm. He invited me up to fish a pound on it and I notice it was grown up around the banks could not walk for the tall grass. I took it on my self to weedeat and saw some brush clean up. He ask me to do some projects and did just as he ask I never ask him for a dime. Little did I know that he had plan on paying me back not in money but gave me a truck to drive because my car was broke and only way I had to work are take babies for checks up. I been in Kenny spot and ole man I been in yours aswell I have payed it forward alot because of my pass in the old school teachings. You can't put value on kindness are trade out work it's who you are. Great video and your channel is very interesting for me as I am 54 and we have somethings in common.

Glad you are getting merc and most people are here to help support you and your kids so I don't believe it will hurt anything we love watching both channels and you need to take your Merc with you like Billy does when you go to races to help you sell more and yes I think it's a good idea to help Kenny and Harley out they both do a great job helping out don't have much but can send little bit also if you put his PayPal info up make sure when someone sends money to put it for family because they don't get charged as much for using PayPal

My old man is still kicking, n we learnt years ago that we need to live our own lives, but still respect that we're family. He's stopped telling me how to live my life, n its been a huge relief for me! I'll always be his son, but I'm an adult too. I'm 63 n he's 86. Man I had a ruff day today Old Man. We don't have city water we have a 10k gallon cistern and the electric went out for 2 hours while I was asleep and mom didn't wake me up or kick the breaker on the pump. It loses pressure so when the juice came back on it just ran and ran not pumping any water. Luckily I was able to prime the pump and adjust the kicker switch and got it going again. Thank God, they're not cheap at all. Only thing I don't like about living up on top of this Mountain.
Those outside the hobby think hot rodding is all about the cars , but as you get older & look back on the relationships you've built through the hobby over the years , you realize that's really what makes it so special.

Absolutely I'd support Kenny and Harley. If someone falls on hard time, We all chip in a little and that will turn into a lot. That's what good people do, And we don't ask for anything in return. I like the idea of the "fund me" sites to see what we all can do as a team. But them taking there % of $$ is tuff to swallow, especially for people in hard times that need every dime of it. But if that's what has to be, then so be it.

Bill, on that radio area of the dash just get a hunk of the appropriate guage sheetmetal, make a pattern from thin cardboard or heavy paper once you have a pattern cut it out, trace it onto sheetmetal with a sharpie and cut it out clean it up and prep the dash area and buzz it in with a mig and do a little body work to blend it in easy peezy.
Ask Fitzee to come down from Newfoundland and do a "cut and butt!"
