How are you turning off the internal antennas? Using the ant_switch url?
Does this model work without a battery but connected to a charger?
no u must insert the battery otherwise this device cant powered on

Hi, the modification exposes all internal antennas ports allowing you to attach external antennas to further improve the signal and performance.

Yes you can, but for best performance you should use all the antenna ports.
