Very inspiring bro, I own 2 studios myself and currently building a photography studio. Love how hard you keep grinding man, love how you built your studio as well. 💯
@Rondell Lane indeed it was.... I'm still dancing between work and pulling the trigger like u did THEN.....that kind of decision was hard for me with a kid on the way
@@cheif80 that’s actually what made me go full time with it. When my daughter’s mom was 3 months pregnant I was like ok I got 6 months to make something happen, if not I’ll go get a job again. Things worked out though.
@Rondell Lane Man that's wassup...unfortunately my situation was a tad bit deeper as to why I couldn't make that move..... I'll explain next time I see u...gotta pullup on one day and catchup/work🙌🏾
This is dope man! I live in Winston-Salem and I just got a studio space myself. It’s not the biggest but I’m trying my best to make it work. Im always looking to network and meet people especially in the same field as me. If you got any pointers or tips to share for someone in my position I’d be more than thankful
Congratulations brother! Did you guys purchase the building? I am looking to create a space too. I am in NYC and the prices for rent or purchase are through the roof! Might be time to relocate! Best to you
legit!... Im in the Orlando FL area and elected not to have a studio for 2 reasons... one ... rentals here are super expensive and 2 mobility ... im an on location photographer most of the time... and even though the studio sounds like an ammmazzzzzing idea it will leave me living in my car to pay the rent.
I don't know if this is in your repertoire, but I would like to reach out to you for a consultation. Looking to set up my own creative space and need some insight.
Fliers in local restaurants, Groupon, social media, etc. The biggest way to secure clientele is to incentivise people spreading the word, like referral bonuses and so on. If you secure 5 referrals from each client and only one of them turns into a return customer, your business will grow exponentially. With a service like photography or renting a studio, there are a lot of customers out there who don't know they are customers yet so it's your job to help them see why they would need a photoshoot or a studio. Waiting for people to come to you will never lead to success.

Hello. Thanks for reaching out. Absolutely, we can set something up. Shoot me a message on my website. www.rlanemedia.com
How did you built your white backdrop ?
I hired a contractor to do it.
@@RondellLane ok thanks
Do you have some marketing ideas i can use to book my studio more?
You could try listing it on booking sites such as Peerspace or run ads on social media.
