Thank you for another get video. You said Dubai is not a place where you would have a family. But we are a family of 4 with very young children and we are preparing to move to Dubai next September to start school for our kids. Education in Canada is so shit and now they are forcing the LTBGQ on young kids at school. I don't give a F on what they want to be, everyone have a right to be whatever they want but to forcing it on these young kids are sickening and it seem like things are getting worst. We like to raise our kids with more of a conservative value and that's the 4 biggest reasos (tax, education, healthcare, unsafe because of crime & homeless duggies everywhere) we want to move to Dubai, where standard of living is high and mean all our checklist. It seems like all the western countries (Canada, US, Europe, Australia) are pretty much the same, so no where to go but UAE. We are fortunate that we can manage our business anywhere in the world. So what do you like?

Oh i would a million percent take UAE over Canada, in a heartbeat 😂 North America is losing on every parameter hahah. It’s more of a personal preference, right now i would see myself start a family in Spain - but that could change over the years, depending on what direction the EU goes in. I do get the conservative upbringing though and i think the middle east would be great to instill those values!

      Wow. That is shocking.
I am from UAE. Please come and live here. We respect you, and you're very safe here. There is no need to pay tax at all. Just keep all your hard earned money for yourself and your family. Peace and love

@rasmusgutfelt This! UAE tops everything the rest of the world can offer, even much better than any western countries! I was very surprised when I visited Dubai

I have been really enjoying your videos. I just moved to Dubai 2 weeks ago and have been setting up my film production business. I’m still finding my feet here and I appreciate the advice you give on your channel.

This is a great video and perspective on living in Dubai. I am much older than you, at retirement age, and I am considering moving from Australia to Dubai for retirement. So, you are probably the wrong guy to ask about your thoughts of living in Dubai as a retiree. But I would appreciate any comments you would like to make from this perspective. Thank you and please keep up with the excellent videos 👍.

Hey Ken! Tough question. Depends on your lifestyle and what you’re looking for. I think Dubai could be a good fit but i’d probably advice you to come here on a vacation for a week and see for yourself!

Nice video, however, You have not talked so far about the business Or investor Golden visa. With my research of this visa and talking to few legal experts in Dubai, it appears thats the safest option for anyone. If you have some good savings like 2M AED, then buyung a property there with this can get you 10 year Golden visa where you are now self-sponsored and then can even work as an employee for any employer increasing your chances of getting preferred in getting job over others who require work permits as it costs money and other overhead. BTW im an IT guy with more than 25 years experience and from Australia.
Keep up the good videos, these are very helpful ❤

Good point, i haven't looked too much into the golden visa and i am already self sponsored through my own company - so it's not something that's been too much on my radar :)

I don’t know I am living in London now and my only dream is to move to Dubai. After Brexit here it’ s really bad. I come from Italy and there are no chances that I will be back home. I hope to move in Dubai and living there forever 😍

Many people get attracted to Dubai because of the 0% tax.
But actually that’s just the peak of the mountain. There are a lot more benefits.
It’s one of the best places right now to make more money and grow your wealth.
And network with other successful entrepreneurs.

  • @shehitmewiththeiamnothappy2484

A lot of friends of mine moved to Dubai to work as employees. I resisted it and even turned down a $222,000 USD offer. I am not a follower and i stated I would NEVER move there unless I have my own business. I know countless ppl who lived years in Dubai and left penniless and even in debt cuz they bought into the lifestyle. Stupid move. Go if you’re entrepreneur with a game plan. Don’t go there and be a corporate drone.

Agreed. You need serious discipline to not go out and spend all your money after your 9-5 ends

There should be a check and balance in your life. Infact wirh your hard earned business money, following a life style like this anywhere in the world will make you penniless.

I don't think moving in Dubai is a stupid move. It's all about self-control and discipline at the end of the day regardless of what country you live in. On the flip side, at least they enjoyed their time there, they were able to LIVE life

Damn. I’m a little biased though, cause i have one location on my mind - Marbella - in Spain. Have spent a lot of time there, so just a preference :) Hope the girl is okay!

I'm from Marbella, I can't wait to leave... too many people, since covid it has become more expensive, real estate through the roof (great for me as I'm selling my home), too many burglaries, people are not honest any more, and there are many places in the world where the sun shines all year around and you don't need to give half of your money to the useless Socialist/Communist government of Spain.

For employees is not free. Blue colar workers have to pay agent fees which can take them upto a year to pay back .
