I've seen their podcast a few times and I never really had a big issue with her. She is...odd. But Bobby is not exactly normal himself so I kind of figured they were two of a kind. That podcast is hella weird. Bobby says stuff that is like beyond TMI and then she just sits there somewhat emotionless and statue like. Seeing this podcast, I still think she has that same vibe, but now I also see that she is very confident in who she is, what she likes/dislikes, and is not ashamed of herself. So maybe not emotionless/statue like maybe centered/in tune/comfortable with who she is. She doesn't seem weird at all to me.
Bobby seems more like the guy who makes fun of him self, does extreme things, let's him self be the butt of all jokes, or willingly offers to be the whipping boy in order to have "friends" and be involved in a social group.
This is like turbocharged version of the kid in a friend group who would never be invited or asked to do something by the others, but he's the one who organizes and puts in the ALL the effort to everything, and that's the only reason he's there.
Then one day, he finally comes to grips that no one cares or actually likes him, because it's the 100th time they went to a bar, movie, game, w/e and didn't even think to text/call him, and this was the time that essentially made him accept what knew and thought for period of time, but finally made him move on and stop wasting his time.
I can't watch more than like 5 min of that podcast, it always seems boring, slow, and has this weird dead/dusty/monotone vibe where the hosts are only there because they are in a relationship, and the guests likely only show up because of that fake friend dynamic.
Either way she doesn't get to high or too low, nor is she easily excitable over basic stuff, and Bobby is the complete opposite, but I don't think that's how he naturally was. I always felt it was an exaggerated act as a way to be recognized and part of a something.
