Are you by any chance shutting throttle down when you quick shift to higher gear? You should hold open steady and shift up. Now when you blip down you do want the throttle closed so the rev match can take over the decision on throttle application for you. Your shifts sound very hard with the quick shifter
There are times when I find myself cutting throttle abruptly when shifting up and then thinking I should have used the clutch or stayed in it a little longer. I would agree that you are correct in noticing that. Something I’m still trying to get in the hang of in the twisties. Really easy to do right in a straight line, but throw inexperience and tight turns in there….this is what you get.
@@georgepipinis542 I would think you would be comfortable. They do make taller windscreens and I believe lower foot pegs as well. But since it has a quick shifter, to lower the pegs I believe there is a little extra cost due to that. There is a ninja 1000sx forum where you might could find more opinions on this as well.
