You mentioned that you picked up a Carlisle piece- I have come across some of that brand as well and have noticed they seem to be very high quality, despite being so unfamiliar. So when I heard you mention the brand too, I decided to Google it. Turns out, this was a kind of direct to consumer brand (kinda like Tupperware) that started in the 80s! It was based in Manhattan and was marketed to upper middle class folks, and did pretty well up until the early 2010s. I'm a little unclear if its still around or not...

I might be wrong, but I don't think ebay allows the use of a keyword that refers to a brand unless it's like the item. I love Missoni. It does look like Missoni, but isn't. A couple of other words that could help is flamestitch pattern, and chevron.

14:47 A better keyword for that type of material than knotted is boucle. (Pronounced Boo CLAY). And that is also a houndstooth pattern (a giant one).
