This seems harsh. She could have had a bad experience in the past, so approached you in a very cautious manner. If you make an appointment, and the salon is closed.. I can understand why she felt the way she did. She could have been working to a strict schedule with somewhere to be.
Oh yes I completely understand that and took that into accountability. No way in shape or form that I felt like she’s a bad person I gave the best resolution that I could ever think of.
