You're welcome Peggy. Unfortunately no easy way to remove a wire fence, so you have to use tricks like Content Aware Fill and the Clone Stamp tool. A bit of work, but can be done.
In the video you mentioned some online colorization tools that you would be talking about in other videos. Where may those videos be found? Many thanks!
Haven't done those videos yet, but will soon. Most online colorization tools are no better than what is in PSE, many are worse, but I do like kolorize.cc/. It is a paid service, but the previews are free and the cost is very low.

Really, really appreciate how you address the issues in your videos, and the best ways to deal with them. You have the best tutorial that I have seen.
All of my videos for the rest of this year are being demonstrated in PSE 2024. I usually demonstrate in the latest version. But since PSE doesn't change that much between years the demos work for almost all versions of PSE. The main difference in 2024 is the look of the interface, basically simplified icons and the new dark mode which I don't use.
