The End of the Road in Meditation (according to me)

O, please do not misconstrue this title to mean anything other than my current place in time with meditation at the wheel. Having a deeper understanding of self can bring back to memory so much that has been lost through time and cautionary tales (I miss saying that...) told by others. I chose not to love in fear, however still counting the things that causes fear and doing my darndest to stay away from such things. The beauty I find in having my own reset button makes it all worth my while.... #meditation #mentalhealth
