- Ingredients - 1 piece 15cm in diameter
2 eggs (110g shell removed)
58g sugar
12g of honey (oligosaccharide, can be substituted for starch syrup - it may be slightly less sweet and have a more subtle baked color - recommended)
58g cake flour
4g starch (can be substituted for cake flour)
10g milk
15g butter
A little vanilla extract (I didn't add it, but if I added it, it would have a vanilla flavor)

Hello again after such a long time.
We bow our heads in gratitude to everyone who has waited and watched the video again.
I also had the dream of having my own shop or studio, which is the dream of many bakers.
So, I signed a contract for a small studio 1 year and 8 months ago.
After that, time passed quickly as if I was riding a rocket.
Now that the store has stabilized, I can afford to upload UA-cam again.

I sadly failed :( I have the same pan diameter. I whisked the egg part for 4-5min but my cake came out flat. I also carefully folded the flour into the mixture and then the batter shrunk very quickly :( It didn't expand or grow at all. Just wondering where else you think I made a mistake? Thank you!!
