Has anyone ever noticed that most MMA fighter are flat footed ? & have you ever seen a MMA fighter train like Iron Mike Tyson did to keep from getting knocked out , Mike use to do push ups with his head & neck in case someone through a knock out punch to his head , it made his neck muscles stronger so he could absorb the impact to keep from getting knock out , Mike was a beast .
The reason most MMA fighters are flat footed is because of the grappling threat, also the training Mike did with his neck is incorporated in every wrestling gym. Obviously not to the extent Mike did, he did so much he destroyed his neck aswell.

The amount of punches to the back of fighters heads in the ufc is worrying .
Strikes to the back of the head have always been prevalent. It's not the punchers fault that the opponent turns or ducks.
Which KO are you talking about? I didn’t see any illegal behind the head shots in this highlights package …

Refs called so many of these incredibly early. Couple of the fighters were litterally standing and fighting and the refs were like nah that's good enough.

These are not early stoppages. Sterling was could not and was not intelligently defending himself. It's about saving the fighters from unnecessary trauma. Brain damage is a real thing.
It was early but not bad. He wasn’t ever actually out and was in the process of getting up, but he was eating some nasty shots so the ref called it

Why does it seem like these fights are set up?
These knock out punches and kicks do not really look hard enough for a true knockout.
It looks like one person is paid to fall.
Look at many of these knockouts and you'll see that some of these punches don't seem hard enough for a knockout.

Well, it's probably a bit harder to get up after getting punched in the face really hard. Plus, he's still punching him while he's trying to recover. It may be hard to believe, but it's harder to do basic motor functions after getting punched in the face.
