honestly I would rather get favor political elite early on instead of ignore safety conditions, the amount you pay for factories is only changing by 5 mil. Although, you could also just not turn it off since the factory output is really good and letting the corruption wait until you can afford the corruption spending isn't that bad.

Guys, when you are at the build civilian factories part, do NOT select everything if you have more than 250 mil. Instead, build around 10 civ factories instead because your resources will go to doom

True in regards to the above 250 mil part, although at that stage you will have 30+ research gain for mining research and lots of pol power for policies and leaders shown in the video. The reason you should select all cities is because the factories scale with population and it automatically constructs factories in order from highest pop cities. More factories in populated cities = more income. If you are SAU and don’t try to build as many civilians as for example, USSR, you will be fine. Thanks for the reminder for viewers to be careful with civ spamming.
