- Ave Maria! Today we celebrate the 1st Class Franciscan Solemnity of the Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary. In this video, Fr. Philomeno reflects upon the importance of Our Lady's role as Co-Redemptrix, an urgently needed Marian dogma for our times. On this penultimate Friday of Lent, let us grow closer to Mary at the Foot of the Cross so that we may unite ourselves all the more closely to Her Crucified Son. Blessed be Her silent Co-Redemption!

O Marie, au pied de la Croix salvatrice, dans le silence, votre regard se plongea dans le regard de votre Divin Fils Jésus. Il y eut une communion d'amour. Votre âme, votre coeur se déchiraient et s'ouvraient et recevait l'eau et le sang en vous. Vous avez éprouvé les douleurs mais aussi ce que votre fils vous offrait: devenir la première apôtre corédemptrice de son coeur pour le monde, pour chacun de nous. L'arbre de la croix qui n'était que mort devint l'arbre de la Vie et par vous O Marie avec St Jean vous partcipez à cette oeuvre céleste. O Marie Corédemptrice, je viens à vous pour devenir un tout petit corédempteur pour mes frères et soeurs. Amen!
