Comparing tortoise and mtb MP-1 point motors. (Switch machines).

A comparison of tortoise stall type switch motor and MTB MP-1 for noise levels and power consumption. First up is the tortoise being powered, first by 12 volts then 9 volts. This is followed by the MP-1 under the same conditions. Current consumption can be read from the lower line of the meter. Inbuilt switching is provided on both assemblies. The tortoise uses solder connections but a push on connector is available. The MP1 uses screw terminal connectors.
