- This is a recording of myself playing each of the five instruments live. The footage is of the actual recording sessions, each done in one take. It's a cover version of the song intitled "F.U.B.B." by Wishbone Ash. Enjoy!

I had to do a double take when I saw one of my Favorite bands being covered. This is freaking Awesome!!!!
This is an absolutely great production. I was captivated. F.U.B.B. is one of my favourite all-time Wishbone Ash covers. Absolutely sublime work. Well done.
I saw them do this in 72. Disappointed, with the song, turned to my friend and asked "What is this crap?" He laughed and said "Look at yourself." I was pounding fist on knee, heel on floor, and never noticed.
Later, I was a crew chief on F4 Phantoms.. This song always felt like a day at work. A quiet preflight and prep, the pilot shows up walks around, then straps in and we light the fires on 30,000 horsepower.

dude, thats was friggin great!..I too am a multi-instrumentalist..you picked one of the greatest progressive rock instrumentals ever to cover...good on you man..I wish I could do the drums for you on a "real "set.....I play along to this song a lot for fun....the guitar lead trade-offs are trend setting...again, nice production and attention to detail.

Faithful rendition played expertly and very well put together video. Can you please explain what program you used to record and sync each part. How did you then put the 5 videos on the one screen? Did you use a click track to first do the guitar parts and then overdub the drums. Or did you do the drums first?. Incredible job!

Wow! It's all there! Great! I've seen bass player and singer and legend *Martin Turner Ex Wishbone Ash"* (that's the way this band is called now, no more "Martin Turner's Wishbone Ash") these days with his band in Würzburg, Germany, in a very tiny club called "Immerhin". I'm sure, Martin would - or will - show his big, big smile for this excellent performance! I'm a guitar player, since the early days of Ash, but the part that impresses me most in this precious video, is THE BASS! Thanks a lot! Of course, I will see also *Wishbone Ash*, Andy Powells band, in Nürnberg, Germany, again, in January 2019 (the club for WA again is the "Hirsch"). Andy's band will NEVER come this close to Martin Turner's bass skills and sound - but Andy has maybe the best "Wishbone Ash guitar player" since Ted Turner and Laurie Wisefield on his side - the young Mark Abrahams. Now, Andy's band comes quite close to the old days, except the bass playing, the famous "3rd voice of the twin lead guitars". Anyway, don't miss that, too!

The comment is three years old, but not very smart none the less. Wishbone Ash, like all bands, recorded with multiple tracks, often layering multiple instruments. "appreciate us old guys" LOL, are you one of the Ash members?
@@frankkolton1780 Well I saw them more times that I care to remember my friend. Don't remember a third lead on stage with them... ever! I understand the album track may have had multiple tracks but 'live' they didn't do that... that's more your modern bands ;-)
