Probably because it's an E-10-rated game, so they try to make minimal swearing in the game - maybe a few mildly profane words - and this is like the compilation of swearing taken out of the game to keep it from getting to T-rated.

You gotta enjoy it when the people who makes these bloopers on purpose. Half the time I wonder how many of these are the VA's actually stumbling over their words and having trouble and how many of these are stuff the script writers made for the blooper reel.
Because of the nature of the game, they don't even feel like bloopers. Every screw-up feels entirely in character.
