vermicelli or sotanghon is made from rice flour.. bihon is from cornstarch & rice flour. miki is from all purpose flour and egg.. canton noodles is from wheat flour and eggs😊

Mas maige yung from scratch, giniling na baboy or chicken or beef at gagawa ng sauce from scratch gamit ang achuete. Trial and error talaga.
Ok to, ndi tulad ng iba na ang daming daldal pti pag hihiwa ng mga sangkap ay ang tagal. Ewan q duon sa iba kung ndi masundan ang mga ingredients- punta kna lang sa resto at bumili kna lang ng luto nah.
Here you go (not from the video but from a proper cook book) INGREDIENTS: Sauce: ½ pound large shrimp with heads and shells 2 tablespoons canola oil 1 medium onion, diced 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 pound ground pork 1 tablespoon achuete (annato) seeds soaked in ½ cup hot water for 20 minutes and drained (for coloring) 2 tablespoons sweet potato starch or cornstarch mixed with ¼ cup cold water 1½ tablespoons fish sauce, or to taste ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste 1 pound dry thick tubular rice noodles (rice vermicelli), soaked in warm water for 15 minutes Garnishes: ½ cup canola oil 6 garlic cloves, peeled and sliced ¾ cup ½-inch pieces firm tofu (about 6 ounces), patted dry 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and cut into wedges ½ cup flaked smoked trout (you can substitute bonito flakes or dashi powder if you can't sourced the smoked fish) 4 scallions, chopped Lime or lemon wedges, for serving Fish sauce, for serving
