I built a Nice no one too and everyone wanted it but they think one like this can be built for $20 when it took $1700 to build . I had too hide it to much b.s. with idiots .
I have the exact same bike color and everything I'm planning on installing the engine kit did you run into any issues also where did you get the full tank great looking bike!
Rick Rosas : the tank was custom made by the customer. You will need a CNC front bracket mount adaptor to help lift the engine up. You will also need an extra tension idler wheel for the bike crank chain (notice in the video that I took out an engine body screw, purchased a longer one, and used both screw and wheel to lower the chain from hitting the engine ( 00:41)-this is because the chain is really tight). I also used the regular chain tensioner AND a CNC chain tensioner due to length of chain. Hope this helps... if I think of more I’ll post it.
A boost bottle...as long as you been building these bikes and you put that on ...thats probably why it's idling so high...you won't never get it tuned properly with that on there ...its gonna stay on the lean side....it is a nice bike...
Is this build still stable? I heard due to the bikes being stretched it caused cracking when motorized and hitting bumps. I have a Firmstrong Urban Deluxe bike that I wanted to motorize for a while.
Was that video by Hughes Motorized? I had the same springer fork and the rubbing ended up nearly sheering off a bolt for the spring. I ended up getting a dual spring front fork like on the older Harley Davidsons.

What's holding your disc brakes to the forts? I'm wondering because I got the same fork setup but cant figure out how to install the front disc brakes to the forks. I see two little clamps or something?
Do you mind telling me what size crank that is cuz I got the same bike wit a bent fork set up do you think a 5.5 or 6 1/2 is short enough to not scrape the pavement
I think this would make a great ebike for people who don't care for all that fricken noise and smoke. I like the stretched out configuration, most bicycles just seem to have too short a wheelbase for whatever reason.

You have to buy the bike first it's a Micargi find one you like then I recommend going on BikeBerry.com and buying one of their engine kits. It will be around $700-$1000.
Top Dogg : what type of chain issues? Did you notice I have two tensioners on one side and added a roller to the other side to push the bike chain down?
Top Dogg: buy an additional idle wheel... then go to Home Depot and buy a longer m6 bolt. Take out the bottom m6 bolt from the casing and put your new screw and idle wheel in there. Make sure it is a tight fit on the casing or you will have an oil leak.
No air filter on a 2 stroke is asking for trouble ! Anything that goes in that carb Goes right to the bearings, Piston, cylinder wall. Doesn't take much to kill a 2 stroke.
yeah..its alright I guess if you're doing a short trip at night where there's not much wind to pick up dust or anything just hope a bug doesn't get sucked into it. I'm going to order a more free flowing air filter because my current one has bad airflow, also ordering an offset manifold for the carb.

What scares me is that Springer Fork. There's A video that explains how dangerous those are, and what is recommended to use instead of those.

Swap a Predator engine on that, and lose the 2-stroke, It looks way cool but it sounds like a pop-corn machine over a microphone!
I just don't like Dio Reed or the pipe looks awesome but they just don't perform
