Totally earned my subscription.
I've been looking to get in to doing some work with EVA foam...your tutorial was fabulous and a big help. Thanks you, sir!

EmmaSkies Good luck! And don't forget to post photos on my Evil Ted Smith page on Facebook.
Your tutorial videos have been so helpful. Thank you
Thanks for your tutorials! Feeling very inspired after watching!
If you do a LOT of Plastidip spraying, you can get the brush-on canisters (or buy it by the gallon), thin it 2 PD/ 1 naphtha and spray it through a cheap Harbor Freight HVLP electric sprayer (as long as you clean the gun with naphtha afterwards). That's what I use when making large production runs of LARP weaponry/armor.
PDing with The harbor freight electric sprayrr
Fantastic Tutorial. Lots of great tips and tricks. I used Acrylic gel medium for foam Iron Man (doesn't crack, it's cheap you can mix paint into it, but i used a brush as i didn't want to wreck my airbrush. I ended up with faint brush lines :( That Siphon spray gun is going to be an amazing addition to my arsenal -Thanks again Ted, please keep making videos!
I've been watching your series, and I want to thank you so much for taking the time to do this! You've done a fantastic job making an easy to understand tutorial. I'm really eager to get started on my EVA armor build, now!
+BelleChere Thank you for your kind words.
@@EvilTedSmith can you pls.send size and ah pattern paper for that style of helmet
Love these videos! Pleasant surprise when the Inquisitor helmet popped on screen :D Really appreciate that you have lots of neat tricks even for people that have already done some foam fabrication. The sanding drum trick for details was great. Definitely will be using that in the future!
Im giving all credits to your method on my Grand Chariot Project for my AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta) 2015 cosplay.

Thank you so much for these tutorials! My 10 year old is a "Brony", and we go to the BronyCon convention in Baltimore every year. Last year I sewed my costume, but this year I wanted something way cooler. I bought a heat gun, planning on making my costume out of EVA foam, but didn't know where to start. Your videos have been an AMAZING starting point! My Little Pony is in NO WAY "badass", but I plan on us looking great this year, due in large part to your in-depth tutorials!
