Spring Leaf Inspection.
Wheels are chocked, Brakes are applied, Truck is in neutral and parked in a safe location.
My spring leaves look good, no crack, no damage, no broken and mounted properly.
Both spring leaves are present.
My spring leaves are not visibly shifted and its not touching any other vehicle components.

A broken spring leaf is a Minor defect,
I will LOG into my LOG Book, Inform the Operator and I can drive the truck.
Cracked or broken main spring leaf or more then one spring leaf.
Part of the spring leaf suspension is missing, Shifted out of place, or is in contact with any other vehicle component are Major defects,
I will LOG into my LOG Book, Inform the Operator and I cannot drive the truck.
