She meant that metaphorically. But probably very intentionally being irresponsible with such double-meaning words on purpose so that the it could be misinterpreted as literal by the listeners.

it’s not that she’ll win but johnny will likely lose-the burden to disprove beyond reasonable doubt all the situations lies on johnny (and in the uk, where it is much easier to win for defamation, he lost) and there’s been evidence he at the very least had some controlling/jealousy/name calling issues. there’s also evidence that backs up he was accidentally violent with her (likely from retaliation to her violence) and their couples therapist called them mutually toxic. even if the jury agrees the majority of her stories are huge reaches and outright lies, our system demands a “perfect victim” for the victim to get actual justice and johnny’s made some mistakes. im betting he loses the suit and she loses her counter suit as well. but it doesn’t really matter because i think johnny wanted this to happen to clear the air and correct things in the court of public opinion (especially because in no way does she have 50 million dollars lmao) so he’s already won in that respect tbh

@@woollysheep5766 This trial isnt about who is guilty. JOhnny is trying to prove that her oped about her being an abuse survivor cost him his career. The oped did not name him and he was also known at the time for his drugs and alcohol issues to be affecting his work ethic on set which they could make the case for that being the reason why he lost work. We want her to lose because she was the abusive one but he could lose for a number of reasons even if they believe his story.
I have a mother who's sick too, she's a narcissistic pervert, who has bipolar crises. She made my life and my brother's life a hell, and she always succeeded to hide it from everyone. And when we asked for help, everybody rejected the fault to us not being good enough obedient children. I could never consider her like a mom. Those people can hide a lot of things for a long time, with you not even noticing it. And give the best image they could ever give for nobody to suspect them. She even told us that when my little brother will leave the house she will do humanitarian aid and help children in poor countries.
I'm really sad for her daughter who will unfortunately suffer a lot... Their's no doubt about it. Why children have to deal with this ? Like... We never wanted to have this kind of parents. And today we always ask ourselves why we didn't have better parents, or a better family.

The fact she was taking pics of him asleep, and audio and video recordings of their arguments etc is just plain weird or done on purpose to back up her claims, that completely backfired I think cuz she was terrible in the hearing and getting proved she’s a liar time and time again. I've heard that sociopaths can sometimes over-animate certain expressions that aren't consistent with the sincerity of their emotion because that's how they want YOU to feel when listening to them.

Is it me, or is it a little disturbing how every different interview she's changing her voice, tone and mannerism? Like I understand people growing up, but there's some consistency. The evidence photos are not consistent with her claimed injuries. She said "my feet got sliced up real good " but there is no blood footprints? No improper walking after? The photos do not match her testimony. If not trying to frame him, why go though allll this horrible non-thought out effort? Yikes.
And if her feet were all cut up as she testified... how on earth did she walk through the airport or any other place the very next day. Her testimony is maddening to watch!!
