Does anyone know if the American camera in the link work in Italy or do you need to order the camera from the Italian site?
In Italy houses are built with concrete, steel and a lot of sweat, congratulations Bradey you have immersed yourself in the role of "Magutto" perfectly and the house is beautiful, it integrates perfectly with the landscape and the nature that surrounds it.
People that have never done this kind of work have no idea how incredibly hard it is physically. Your forearm strength is amazing. All that hammering is very difficult. Great work!
This is going to be such a beautiful masterpiece when you are finished! Then you and your family can enjoy all the fruits of your labor...the incredible view is going to be heavenly! ❤
Brady words can not describe what you and those two gentleman have done. They are truly artisans and Brady for some one who did know nothing about stone masonry work has done an outstanding job, those two men must be very impressed with you. The addition is magnificent and it is beautiful. Those wooden beams you hued are the crowning glory. Seeing Heather so happy and excited must make you feel all that hard, weary hours and days of labour have been worth it. In years to come your little girls will proudly tell their children, grandad made this extension with his own bare hands with the help of two artisans. Have a lovely day.
Bradley, I am so impressed with your new found rock chipping skills. I am hard pressed not to make a smart aleck comment about rock chipping rather than license plate making but I think you’re probably too young to get that reference to prison labor so I won’t bother…seriously though…very few men could attempt, much less successfully achieve your expertise. When you’re finished the result will be a huge accomplishment. Your mother and father must be very proud having raised such a talented and congenial young man. I am 80 years old and I know I would be. They did a fine job … Kudoes from PA, USA.

YOU ARE A HARD WORKER. That jouse is so much part of you now. Blood dirt, dust sweat and more sweat! What you all have been creating there is epic. Looks beautiful too.
Brady, Heather, building colleague's and girls, what an incredible joy and informational journey you are sharing with us. If we were 20 years younger, I think we might have been tempted to purchase and restore a home in another country. Though educated and licensed in restoration architecture, I can only dream vicariously of learning skills in working with stone from your property. However, Brady, your use of the trees and other materials around the property and the fact that you have honed these skills so wonderfully. I am overjoyed to follow this journey with all of your family ! Bravissimo!
when you took the bracing down in the addition I cried so many happy tears for your family, it all came together when you ripped that second brace board down. Absolutely beautiful, thankful I ran across y'all
Okay, my excitement is so over the top Happy for you beyond words! Look how far you've come as a family with your own hands, hearts, and for now and for generations to come! Every step of the way Congratulations!
I am very impressed by the beauty of your stone work. The builders are real craftsmen you were lucky to find them. I wait with interest the finished building! Well done guys!
Look how far you've come! A couple of weeks ago it took you much longer to chisel stone. Now you whip through them like a knife through butter! Well done! Have a good week! Blessed Be!
Your family is amazing. What a beautiful gift you are both giving to your girl’s to teach them so many skills not just building but gardening & travel! I pray Dad is doing better in the states. 🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s
So enormously excited for you and your family! What an amazing life you are living. Your kids are lucky to have parents who are creating a truly special and intentional life 💜
Your husband is amazing he's so talented ,and it's lovely you are helping as it something you will both be able to sit back one day and admire .Hope the children are well and I can't wait for you all to move in snd be happily settled .xxx
It is impressive to see how your stone cutting skill developed and was honed (yes pun intended) over the course of these videos. The ease and speed with which you’re now picking the stones and chiseling the edges into shape. Marvelous….You almost match the level of your professional team!
TheNewbys mentioned you this week and now they will have a very special guest room the next time they visit!!! Brady-I think you have put in enough time and skill to go from apprentice to artisan! What a wonderful gift you have given your family! Well done!
What I love about watching your videos is that there is a minimal amount of talking and more watching you get on with building your beautiful stone house. Your craftsmanship is top notch and I love how you are keeping with tradition and working as hard or harder than the guys who are the professionals. Well done! I'm very impressed.
Hi from South Africa. Such a treat to watch your videos, you are such an inspiration!! So hardworking!! Absolutely stunning outcome of those stone walls. WOW, well done!! Heather, your expression seeing the outcome, was absolutely priceless!! I am sure it melted your hubby's heart..... Thank you for sharing. God bless!!
Yes, Heather's appreciation and love are so palpable, emotive & effusive!!! Brady must be so in love still with this warm, wonderful & lovely woman ...as she must be so grateful for such a competent, determined & strong, yet kind , gentle & loving husband in Brady ....their enthusiasm for life & each other is rather infectious ...as well as joyous to watch!!!
There is something soothing about the sound of stones being chipped against the sound of nature. You should record it and post it the rest of us trying to destress at the end of a day.
I am very happy for you. It's so amazing how such a beautiful space came from nothing. Keep it up, stay healthy and thank you for letting us share in your life. I'm already looking forward to the next episode.
Ur home is beautiful, like living in a dream. U have learned so many skills with building this new room. There is a lot to be proud of on what u have accomplished ❤
There must be an award winning prize for this main picture of this video. I first saw the eye and on closer inspection it was your arm chiseling away at the last stone. Amazing 🎉
Hello guys! The house is turning out so beautifuly. It is such a inspiration for us to see you guys out there doin things and getting progress on your project. We are on the very beggining of our journey, restoring a abandoned farm in Spain with a 300+ years old house. Hopely to get some progress on our project this year, as we just moved to Spain. All the best and thank you for sharing your journey with us.
WOW-----that is a beautiful addition.I can imagine how proud and satisfied you must be. Your apprenticeship as a stonemason is second to none. What an amazing skill you've gained. Bravo!!👏🏼👏🏼
Watching you all build these walls out of these beautiful rocks (shale?) gives me so much peace. When I was a small child in Italy I had just lost my father and we stayed at a friend’s house. She had rocks and gravel in her front yard and I put them in structures and bags all day, then emptied the bags and broke down the structures, only to build them again the next day. It gave me so much peace and calm and I feel that again watching this clip. Thank you for such a lovely memory and I’m loving watching you all construct such beautiful walls!
Wow guys!! Minute 25 when Brady pulled down the inside boards making way for the door and window! And the VIEW!! ❤I literally teared up. So profound, the beauty, the work that went into that stone room, it’s very moving to see the detail you are putting into your place in the foothills of the Italians alps. I’m sure it’s very daunting all the work ahead. But know that this Canadian girl is very happy for you both and it will all be worth it! Now I need to find my retirement home, my husband and I love Portugal and Costa Rica! Life is yet to be lived ❤❤❤❤
Very hard work! Lots of stone work is taking a lot of time. Wow, I love the woodwork! It is so epic!! It's amazing seeing everything start to look like a real house!!! Is beautiful!!❤❤
From artist to artist's, this is an absolute work of art. There is so much attention to detail. Mind blowing. Congratulations on your achievements in this project. We applaud your work 👏 🙌 💪 ❤
It's always nice when you are beautiful weather for Landstone, or working in anything. When I laid the stone in front of our earth home, the weather was always nice. For two weeks, and I got it done. Your house is gonna look nice, and the rewards and warmth that you're gonna feel when you're living in it, you're gonna love it.
Wow. What an incredible accomplishment. The craftsmanship is something you just dont see in my country of canada anymore. Thoroughly enjoying the videos of this build. Thank you for bringing us on this journey.
Brady, your workmen must have been astonished to see you just dive right in and become part of their team. Your expertise developed so quickly! Good for you! I am sure they were pleased to have you onboard….such a smooth operation! They will call on you to join their next jobs!!!! Ginger from Michigan

The new wall looks so beautiful and way better than the old walls, you gained lots of experience in construction, enjoy your new home and all the best.
There is no end to your talents Brady. Love the Lintels. They certainly are a work of art. Take time to rest and take care of your wellbeing. Thank you for sharing your life with us.

This house is also built with steel and concrete! The stone is only there to show stones! The fundamentals of stone building is missing.
