hi, in the job Controller im facing an error that says "Undefined array key 0" ,it i did a check if the $job is empty but its not, it seems maybe the issue that the sequence "featured or not " is the one making problems ,but i cant for the love of me fix could help me. Thanks in advance
for real my friend told me about him and i joined laracasts and finally now understand routing. Theres so many cool guides and topics on laracasts. They even have git actions and setting up laravel websites on a vps which is amazing because that would have been my next question. And JS and code editor guides its amazing.
🔴 Jeffrey brother you can't image how much impact you had in my life. I'm your student from Uzbekistan, i've learned php and laravel from you 4 years ago and now after reaching senior position, i quit and doing my own startup in Laravel now. Thank you so much brother. Fun fact: in that time i didn't had money to pay every month so i bought only 1 month of you sub and downloaded all you videos)))
@@JonibekJ thanks, please I would want to ask if you still have access to your account. I’m a final year computer student in computer science but I can’t afford the subscription. Is there any other way I could stay with touch with you? I tried searching your name on ig and twitter but it didn’t show up
I'm probably not going to watch this course, but anyone new in laravel who is considering it - do it. Jeffrey is the reason why I picked this framework years ago. I do not remember exact version but it was beggining of 5.*, so looong ago. If Jeffrey was so good at teaching back then, I can only imagine how good it has to be now. Laracasts is best investment for junior or mid developer.
As someone who is coming from years of professionally coding in a legacy PHP 7.2 project, endless amounts of JS framework tutorials that always made me feel lost and/or conflicted with wondering what the "right way" to do things is... I can't thank you enough! This is such an amazing piece of education for anyone who is interested in learning full stack development. Seriously... THANK YOU!
If anyone's wondering because I had to look it up: The 'auth' middleware is built-in in Laravel and checks if the user is authenticated. If they aren't it will automatically look up a route named 'login', not the route '/login'. That's why a name was set on the route '/login'.
Sir Jeffrey, let me give you this RESPECT by calling you Sir. You have done an absolutely INCREDIBLE job in providing such an enormous and extravagant course for each one of us here to learn. I have been craving to get my hands deep into Laravel and well, this course is by far THE BEST I have come across. You have broken everything down to such bite sized understandable chunks while explaining it all in such detail. Honestly, Thank You is simply not enough. I take my hat off to you Sir and commend you for it. May you continue to be Blessed in ALL that you do.
Hello Jeffrey, Im really thankful to you for this course, one thing i want to say is that at 7:38:15 even after using @props(['tag', 'size'=>'base']) it is saying undefined variable $tag. And after very long research i used 'slots' to pass the tag from index.blade.php to tag.blade.php. Im writing this for those who are facing the same issue and also to bring it to your attention.. :)
It has been long time I am waiting Jeffery to release a Laravel courses with latest version. Jeffery is a legendary PHP teacher. Thank you so much for your great efforts in teaching us❤
I want to thank you, Jeffrey! I watched it a-z, each second, did everything and that helped me a lot. I think you did a HUGE job and you did it with 110% excellence. Every second of the video is logical, explained and no blank spaces. I appreciate that a lot. I wish you all the best. Thank you!
Where do I begin from? I am speechless, dumbfounded and equally amazed at the smoothness, flow and quality of your tutorial. I have always coded in Procedural PHP and for so long have been scared of venturing into Laravel but watching your tutorial allayed all those fears. I have watched so many tutorials across different languages, toolkits, libraries and frameworks but no comes close to yours. If i ever make it as a full time programmer, count me as a regular Patreon supporter. Thanks a lot.
Wow!! I'm new to Laravel and just couldn't find a thorough tutorial made for absolute beginners. This is exactly what I needed. Thanks a lot Jeff for this course. You are a great teacher.
@@АнонимНА-д3ш Yes, definitely! Currently working on an e-commerce website powered by Laravel. This video was my starting point to understand what Laravel is about and I refer to it a lot. I'm still very new and this short course has been super helpful.
Your one of the teacher that make us not feel dumb because of your encouraging words like when you say 'everything feel's weird at first'. Very different from school that portrays intelligent is innate and once your dumb your already dumb. Thanks for sharing your knowledge It means a lot to us!
I am only 3 hrs and 26 mins in , but , I had taken a Laravel course about a year ago , lets just say I wasnt putting in much effort and wasnt following with them properly , and I almost learnt nothing , however you sir , taught me a lot of great stuff almost equal to that course in so little time , I sincerely thank you from the bottoms of my heart
Damn this voice i am literally love listening to his voice in tutorials. Going to try Laravel 11 and thank you i have watched your laravel series and its landed me to my very first job and now i am at senior position but role required me to switch to Frontend developer but yeah that first job was just because of your course back in 2018
I have learning from jeffrey since 2013,30 days to learn html css,30 days to learn jquery, 360 grid systems, html5 and php he is the best teacherwho teaches advanced techniques as easy for beginners. Hats off for this guy.
Hey Jefrey. It is so much fun to come back to your Laravel training after years of developing modules, components and whatsoever with it. I started the basics and I can still learn a few tricks here and there with dynamic passing of data to routes etc. (even though it won't be a real world example as you go along to the more skilled approaches, it is still quite educational for any level of expertise). I must admit, I love the way you type at the end of each video and I would love to see you typing 8 hours a day like that :P Jokes aside, KUDOs for the hard work and I know you are succeeding in making the learning of such an amazing framework a fun and an easy-peasy task. VIdeo quality - 10, Audio - 10, Teacher - 10+ - what more could a new developer want ;)
I follow this video from Minute 1 up until Finish. For me whom never watch a full video of anything, this teaching is really enthusiast me. I've using PHP from 2014 to 2017 using Yii2 and Symfony. After that I'm focusing as Backend in NestJS also Golang. But why it is so hard to find this development Jobs overseas (I'm from Indonesia btw). So I landed here, learning PHP again using Laravel from scracth from Jeffrey. Just to expect would land on a Job overseas. Please Wish Me Luck guys . Thank you Sir Jeffrey for this awesome video. I'm forever in debt to you.
I cannot wait to start on this course been learning how to build a custom framework and I think this course will be very helpful thanks Jefrey highly appreciated
Thank you so much, Jeffery. I've been following gradually for over two months and just finished the course. Time to take on some personal projects in addition to what I've done so far. KUDOS 👏
Thank you so much. This is a great serie! Do you have a video that explains a concrete example of deployment to a regular hosting service? With examples where you do and don't have access to the server via SSH.
I remember watching a previous Laravel course (Laravel 8 or 9?), and the information in those videos was so on point. It made learning Laravel a delight. If this video is anything like those before, then you HAVE to watch this!
Hey Jeffrey, very thankful for this course. I just finished the 8 hours video and it really helps me to understand more the Laravel framework! :). I will try to subscribed for a lifetime plan on Laracasts. Wish me luck!
