From what I understood, the above video show DeMoragan's Law for negation distributions. I found that in your question, there is no indication of negation distributions so, you cannot apply the DeMorgan's Law and the Double Negation Law. Based on your question, I obtained, T,T,F,F,F,T,T,T for the final answer. Try to construct truth table for each propositions and then definitely, you will come for the final answers.
