lol im just trying to pass a high school math level - just to confirm, "and" in a situation with T + F would make it definitely False and "or" would make it definitely True, right?
Because the values of P and Q are changing in each row. They have values that make "not P and Q" false in the first row, but values that make "not P and Q" true in the 2nd row. That's the entire point of the truth table.
Either ordering is fine, as long as you progress in some type of ordered "binary count" pattern. Just don't want it to be random. Hope that helps, Adam

You can, the order doesn't matter. But it's very common to list them in an "ordered way", either FF, FT, TF, TT or.......TT, TF, FT, FF.
