Tobi M - being against universal healthcare is a good thing. Socialist policies are terrible for all economies at a micro or macroscale.

Really? Name 1 country that has a good private market healthcare system...
Oh right, there are ZERO, 0/195.
I'm all for capitalism but healthcare in the private market doesn't work.

Tobi M - uh how about America? We have one of the best healthcare system in terms of cancer treatments, patient wait times, etc. Define "good".

I just read his book "Pour Some Heart Into It", and what he managed to do with the company and how he started Starbucks in incredible. He changed social welfare and healthcare in America to something extraordinary. Good Riddance, Howard aka. President Schultz :)

People do not go to Starbucks to get coffee. People go there for the unique experience and to be part of a unique brand!

@John Hall maybe its failures we learn from our mistakes............? And not make the same mistake twice but repent from it and turn away and learn from the mistake????? I think it does make him qualified for people who actually LEARN from their mistakes instead of BLAME others.

I'm crying...a dream hopefully, will become reality. This man is from RAISE IN THE PROJECTS FROM BROOKLYN NYC. He wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth. He knows what is poverty. That is why part time workers at Starbucks gets medical ins and tuition reimbursement. Please people, before you put your ignorance and rediclious comments. Know the facts first, this is the leader we need now. God blessed America and God bless.....everyone

Howard Schultz and his team have built an amazing company, created immense shareholder value, provided a service and product the world knows as Starbucks. I have so much respect for what Starbucks has been able to accomplish. I am looking forward to his book, audiobook, and if possible animations/videos. I would love to a copy of his book at Starbucks and read/listen to it over a nice tea.

    2 Timothy 3:1-9
But understand this, that in the last days there will come times of difficulty. For people will be lovers of self, lovers of money, proud, arrogant, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not loving good, treacherous, reckless, swollen with conceit, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having the appearance of godliness, but denying its power. Avoid such people. ...

This guy gets it! This guy understands finance and the fiscal condition of the federal government! This guy understands the magnitude that debt and interest on debt is a problem! Meanwhile there are democrats promoting ideas that require massive additional expenditure, while the federal government cannot even afford it's current expenses. I would vote Howard Schultz for President definitely definitely. This guy understands that we have to wipe out this deficit and pay down some of this debt, and we have to cut spending somewhere.

Ask Howard as to how much his investment portfolio has increased since trump
    was elected. Me thinks 30-40%.
Also Howard, the bathrooms at your stores filled with homeless people
using the toilets for bathing is unacceptable.
