Josh as a Daily Show corespondent is match made in heaven. His energy and delivery is so unique and is perfect for the Daily Show. I've been a huge fan of his standup for a while now, and I'm so excited to see more of him here.
Please add more Josh Johnson! He will elevate your show if you let him add his touch. He clearly understands how comedy works for people and their brains.
Josh is honestly one of the most talented young comedians in the game right now. He is so quick on the mic it's amazing to watch.
Admittedly, my viewership of TDS has been patchy over the last decade. When I saw the cookie monster segment I honestly assumed Josh had been a correspondent for years and I had just somehow managed to have missed him all this time. To find out that was his debut is mind-blowing.
What Devin was saying wasn't just empty ego-fluffing; Josh is the textbook definition of a natural, you can immediately sense he's going to go on to do great things after just seeing him perform once.
Josh can articulate his point so clearly. Truly a smart, gifted comedian and writer and I’m excited for whatever the future brings for him! 🎉
Josh's segment was the highlight of the episode. Loved his energy and absolutely STOKED to see more of him.

It has been incredible watching The rise of Josh Johnson he is one of my favorite modern comedians I legitimately think that it is freshness and openness to the world reminds me a lot of Jon Stewart in the beginning and I could see him rocking that desk in a few years

I watched that day after following Josh's standup which is my favorite in over a decade! I stood up and cheered as soon as he was on screen!
I'm glad to see that he's blowing up. He's coming to my town later this week and I was not surprised that tickets were $100 each for general admission. Which was like $20 less than Jo Koy when he came around.
