Video is facts, legion + links + AF, all mesos i spent on was starforcing equips to 10, getting 1 line m.atk on secondary/weapon. oneshot in Labyrinth lvl 251 and working on mesos/drop
one thing you didn't mention is when people get their arcane weapon from 260, they should use karma flames from event to get a massive damage bonus aswell as applying boss soul shards as these are the only modifications you can use on a special weapon from hyper
Is there a reason to be using flames and boss souls to get a boost immediately rather than trying to get a real arcane and upgrading that? If it was the same as fakesolab and was permanent I'd agree, but the 260 arcane expires.

This was helpful! One thing about threads of fate that confused and frustrated me was only the first ask is random, the next ones are saved from yesterday. And it might take a looong time to get the herb pouch asks

Your content is literally night and day difference for my new account. Are non potential stats on the gear something to worry about (flames?). Like should I wait to raise the potential on an item until I get one with better non potential stats. Or should I worry about that later with flame modifier items when the time comes?
I would say (as a casual player) that you don't need to worry about flames on gear unless you're getting a lot of copies of them easily (e.g. pensalirs, boss accessories, CRA?), then you can wait for an item with slightly favorable flames. Otherwise just pick one and start scrolling/potting/SFing them, and if you get free flames, then roll your WSE > CRA > lowest flame score items for now. Perfecting flames defs is end game stuff like for Arcanes/Eternals
those events/opportunities come around fairly regularly and there are even two available right now if you didn't know! no need to worry mate :) FWIW, there's also a new video out explaining the main questline update and how it'll get non-burning chars. to lvl 200 for very new accounts ✨

I keep running into the issue on my non-hyperburns of getting stuck at pre-CRA. With CRA being the next upgrade but having no where near enough damage.
if on Heroic servers, I remember a long time ago it was viable that you could use a full Empress set of armour/weapon (from Cygnus boss emblems that you convert to equips) that's SF to 17* or something, with E/U potential lines (maybe not even this high) and start clearing CRA bosses.
Thanks for the info. I already knew a lot of this but my biggest issue is WHEN to do these things. For example now I'm in a fresh acc, my HB main is 236@80%, I can't two shot mobs in my level range, so I don't know if it's a good time to focus more on legion and just do dailies, or keep grinding on my main. Or maybe focus on the prequests. Right know I'm trying to get to 260 asap to be able to use all the symbol selectors on sacred symbols, so I think I'll use all my bonks and 4k exp coupons on AB to get 7k exp coupons, but after that I don't think I can level fast enough to use all my symbol selectors on sacred. Kinda confusing on what to use my time at each moment.
I think if you want to use the food storage (aka bunny) to get level 3 link skills, there is a lot more value in it than trying to use it for your hyper burn. Once you hit 230, the exp feels really bad compared to the lower levels; my AB that is 215 gets like maybe 1.5 levels after killing the 1k mobs. But if you have no interest in making more bossing mules or need level 3 links, use it on your hyper burning character. Once you hit 260, use your remaining runs on lower characters.
Is there still the option to buy in game currency like a nexon gift card, and spend the real-cost currency in SHOP where you can buy from other players??? I used to get really rare items doing this. Idk if it still works. I don't see the option on mobile that I used to use but I will have to check out PC version. If anyone can answer it will be a great help!
Another Tip! For everyone hyper burning a 260, (for those who know what the 6th job advancement is) SAVE EVERY VIP BOOSTER YOU CAN FIND! Cuz that Drop rate is so bad! they are transferable. if you can save about 9 VIP boosters. With all EXP buffs you can find. (Prefer with 3x and rune) 1 VIP booster can get up to 70 - 80% of each stone for the advancement. Youre welcome.
Do you recommend just beelining to 260 with meso and drop gear? I feel like I've invested (and intend to invest, with the coming star force sunday) a lot more into damage than you seem to be suggesting, because I want to do Luwill and Slime ASAP to start on my Arcanes and the ring. I still intend to go for drop/meso gear during the DMT later, though.
Depends on your goals. If you wap a lot then I would invest in item/meso gear. You could also SF just enough to be able to green dot in parties if your goal is arcanes

"Do ursus every week." IF your computer can handle it. My game freezes every time, the entire time until ursus ends and I make literally 0 meso. Ursus might not work for everyone

I'm shit at bossing so I know I want to learn how to actually do them soon but rn I'm just trying to figure out wtf I'm supposed to even be doing, I got 260 on luminious just using all the event stuff mostly, and got a few characters to 150-200 with the burners and potions but shit I'm just lost now. All my gear aside from the temporary one is garbage, I have no mesos, and I'm so bad at bossing I can't even clear CRA which I know I should be able to but fuck am I ever garbage at the mechanics.

Honestly he's neglecting one thing he hasn't told you all yet. Until you spend real money on cubing your gear it's highly unlikely you will have over 5mill damage. only the dam whales have classes lv 230 with 100mill damage & they say "oh just a mule right now".
My rework AB is lv251 Arcane Force over 960- (1049) or such with 1.9 mill damage with cubing all of my gear to unique or legendary. 2 pieces stuck at epic sadly, Star Force 140 and yet i can't out damage Gloom in story Moon Bridge questline(Guide). Can't beat any hard bosses or even attempt Chaos bosses. The worst part of this all the stuff was FREE to get to lv251. Legion over 5000 and yet I'm a casual player no whale & yet no dent in any hard/chaos bosses.
He’s annoying if you don’t have the damage to kill him before he splits without opposite hat and he refuses to give you one haha, but otherwise pretty simple imo
@@franciscom.bodinho2219 you can bind him, if you need more time you can also wait for a red hat and wait for him to become blue and do his spinning attack then attack and if because he’ll finish spinning before he’ll do anything else, you can then bind him before he stops spinning for even more time.
I don't get why every content creator says go slow and don't get burnt out. Well, nearly everyone of them, y'all were WRONG. there is so much stuff in this game that literally requires dailies/weeklies to even progress gear wise. And if you don't no a thing about maplestory, taking your time and going slow learning things at your own pace, poof, a week plus has past and you just discover what root abyss gear is. instead, I would say Maplestory is a short marathon that the community leads astray and turns it into a long marathon. Why? Simply put, the act of just completing the 5 root abyss dailies is literally 5 days of unlocking/learning other portions of the game. instead of doing that, feel confident, just to realize you now can't really do anything for 5 days straight. and then...... you're burnt out.
Didn't maplestory remove the prequest requirements for some of the bosses, and all you need now is to be at a certain level to fight them? I believe akechi is one of them.
Some are either reduced in what you have to do like Pno is a short pre quest, CRA is just 5days of normal boss kills and dameon and lotus don't have theirs anymore.

5:10 For any new players, it's not that you don't need exp coupons, it's that you CANNOT use them. If you use them before going in they will disappear

do your legion when you can't one shot imo.
So it's probably more worth to use the bunny on legion than on training your main faster to 260 if your legion isn't high enough?
If burning your main to 260 is what it's gonna take you to get it to 260 then it's worth bc getting 260 is the most important thing

Simply put, the act of just completing the 5 root abyss dailies is literally 5 days of unlocking/learning other portions of the game. instead of doing that, feel confident, just to realize you now can't really do anything for 5 days straight. and then...... you're burnt out.

Didn't maplestory remove the prequest requirements for some of the bosses, and all you need now is to be at a certain level to fight them? I believe akechi is one of them.
Some are either reduced in what you have to do like Pno is a short pre quest, CRA is just 5days of normal boss kills and dameon and lotus don't have theirs anymore.
