Just bought my whale one right now haha but i bought it from Club Ocean and i think it will also be very sweet, whenever i feel lonely i can look at my bracelet and see what my whale friend is doing and knowing that they're somewhere in the world, swimming around freely will give me peace.
So there are a limited number of sharks that they're tracking, so yes, multiple people will get the same shark. Satellite tags are very expensive, so there's always a limited number of animals we can track. But it's still a real shark swimming somewhere out there in the big blue :)

bro its real, they dont have hundreds of thousands of sharks on hand to give everyone a unique shark. that doesnt mean its not real
