On fang bo channel they sad that wrist and forearm dont use simultaneously, can you explain this moment
your forearm CAN move as a result of your wrist moving alot. However, its your wrist that should do everything on the ARM. The body will help the wrist but we are going to aim to remove elbow, shoulder and tricep and forearm from the shot

Is the receive for reverse tomahawk and sidespin the same?
Is the reverse sidespin and tomahawk receive the same?
Is BH, tomahawk, and FH pendulum topspin receive the same?
Same for underspin if we do it with BH, FH pendulum, or with tomahawk?
Is it true that if we do a combination of spin like side underspin then the underspin is more priority so you receive it like a pure underspin or there are different angles?
