I was on exchange in Denmark when he streamed this version live on his instagram. I remember missing my girlfriend and family quite a bit. The line "And then when everything is over I hope to think of this as better times" really boosted my mood back then and helped me to enjoy my time abroad.
Ended up dating that girl for four years. The relationship ended back in September of last year. Getting back on my feet now and had to think of this song. Funny how life gives new meaning to songs you've heard a thousand times..
