When he was talking to Chrissy at the drug deal she said “you look so different” and eddie said “well I had a buzz cut and didn’t have these “sweet tats” and whenever robin and Dustin and Steve were explaining to eddie how there is a world called the upside down and how eleven has powers he wasn’t phased at all
Also to add to that further the song they played when eddie is the same song they played when hopper "died"and also when will "died" and no music when bob billy and barb died
Also, the song that played when Will was found in the river(season 1), everyone thought he was dead but every time that the song plays they come back to life. In the last episode, it played during Max’s death but was quick to show that she was alive but it also played during Eddies death as well. Any thoughts???
Eddie is my fav character in all of stranger things and I have to admit it Eddie should stay dead because Eddie’s death was so sad and if they bring him back it would just take a lot away from the scene even though he is my favorite character

Better theory, Eddie was the Game Master of the Vecna storyline in the beginning with Dustin, Mike, and Erica. This may foreshadow that he could come back and it will take Dustin, Mike, and Erica to bring him back or beat him. Its a perfect way for Vecna to get back at the group.
A good foreshadowing that’s my favorite is how Eddie, during their D&D campaign, had said that “VECNA LIVES”, while Mike yells out that he was “Killed by Kas!”. So who knows, maybe the Kas theory is solid and Eddie will come back and kill Vecna himself, I hope so cause he was my favorite, but there could also be an underlying threat in the future afterwards which could bring Vecna back again.

I’m chapter nine of season four, Eddie from st does the exact same thing just as he’s about to get on the roof of the trailer. If that isn’t foreshadowing, I don’t know what is.
I think vecna and the hydra are gonna be the villains of s5, and since we only see Eddie pass out, we never see him actually die. I think he passed out from blood loss and that he will come back and slay the hydra
That's so true, but my theory is that Eddie is alive because Dustin didn't check his pulse like he did for Steve and because Eddie was talking so much before he died he could of just passed out but been locked in place and that's Why his eyes were open.
